WOOD TURNING and MICRO-TURNING
We have been woodturning experts for a century now. We combine the best technologies in the sector with a craftsman’s passion that has been handed down for generations. Our micro-turnings stand out for their precision and efficiency.
FRAMING
We take care of all the woodworking phases internally. We carry out cuts and other processes upon request based on the drawing provided by the customer.
MILLING AND DRILLING
We create every kind of decoration and shaping to achieve the desired result. We are able to make holes of different shapes, sizes and depths, using specific tools.
SANDING
We remove all irregularities from wood, bringing its natural grain to light.
PAINTING
We carry out tumble painting with water-based and non-toxic colors, spray painting and lacquering, suitable for every type of wood. We are able to replicate colors specifically requested by customers, upon provision of a sample or with a reference RAL/Pantone code.
PRINTING
We create prints in various ways, customizing products in the way that best suits our customers’ needs. Pad printing allows you to faithfully reproduce logos, from one to four colours, at low cost, on flat but also curved or concave surfaces. Digital printing, similar to that of color paper printers, allows the printing of complex designs including shades and any type of color, which can be created on flat surfaces.
LASER AND HOT STAMPING
We can customize product thanks to the hot stamping engraving technique: the logo is imprinted using a punch and a heat source. It is possible to place a foil – in gold, silver, or any other color – between the punch and the wood, to make the hot stamping even more precious. With laser customization, on the other hand, the image comes from an electronic medium and is reproduced on the product by a laser at a higher speed. It is possibile to diversify the intensity of the engraving.
